Procedure: 1. you buy the product with your desired image 2. we check whether the image is suitable - if so, you will receive an image of a design from us via the specified e-mail. 3. you decide whether you like the design - you can confirm it, make changes or reject it. 4. your figurine will then be produced in 2-3 working days and then shipped free of charge (delivery time: 3-5 working days)
If you are dissatisfied and insist on a rejection, we can cancel the order. Rejection must be communicated within 5 days after sending the design. If there is no response to the design via e-mail after 5 days, the product will be produced and sent to you.
