Frequently Asked Questions

What are your shipping & handling charges?

It depends on the county you live in. For national deliveries in switzerland we charge 10$. International delivery can get a little more expensive charges between 30-55$.

When will my order be delivered?

The time it takes us depends on various factors. For example:

  • Amount of orderes we received
  • Size of order
  • If theres an issue with our maschine or we dont have enough of a certain color anymore it could increase the time

But normally, a medium-sized order takes about 4-5 production days, followed by about 2-3 days for shipping.

What information do I need to provide to add a product into my cart?

When putting a product into your cart you will sometimes be forced if needed to choose between color, text or image for the product. The adresse & name aswell as your payment information is being done at the checkout
